I think your weekly meal plans are really helpful! It is really nice to have a plan at the beginning of the week to keep the trips to the grocery store down. I haven’t had the chance to try as many recipes as I would have liked to yet, but we really liked the swedish meatballs by the cookie rookie as well as several of the other blogger’s recipes including the lemon butter chicken, the slower cooker cashew chicken, the cheesy gnocchi skillet dinner, the balsamic carrots, and the energy bites. I’m looking forward to trying the buffalo chicken nuggets, the selfish bars, and the shrimp with garlic butter rice soon too. Thank you too for all of the unique canning and preserving recipes you post such as the apple cider molasses.
