I really enjoy your menu planning ideas, I made the oven roasted potatoes with parmesan that you suggested last week the night I received your email! They were such a hit that we made them again this past Sunday for guests and she just texted me for the recipe. Oven potatoes are a staple in our house so making them a little more “gourmet” was a lot of fun.
We only eat moose so I like the beef recipes the best 🙂 Once we harvest our sow I can serve the pork recipes, LOL.
Thank you for helping me branch out more into the “foodie” side of food!
