I made the Cranberry Christmas Cake for a men’s group at church, and of course I had to try it before I sent a plate off! Cut in smaller pieces, these are more like bars which I wanted them to be. They are delicious! For all you sweet/tart lovers out there, this hits the spot! I will definitely make this again!

Is anyone, on any of these sites, going to say what happened to Joan? I don’t even know her, never read her site but it’s driving me crazy to see this three weeks in a row and no news, no tribute to her anywhere I’ve looked, not even on her own site. I hate to hear of someone so young (at least, from her picture I’m inferring that) taken from us.
