OMG~ first of all let me say that you have been a LIFESAVER posting menus and recipes, thank you from the bottom of my too lazy to think heart! We have made several of the dishes posted and nearly all have been great. One dish with potatoes didn’t work out exactly as directed (potatoes too small to cut in half and in doing so made a mess, who cares, we threw it together and the TASTE was heavenly). Other than that one all were tasty. But what I am writing for today is the DELICIOUS Maple Apple Upside Down Cake. What flavor! We loved it – as did our guests. We printed out the recipe and they took it home to make themselves. We ate it for dessert and again the next day for lunch – hee hee. I took the time to arrange the apples and it did look as great as it tasted. My darling husband got the proper grade of syrup, 3 different type apples and… thanks! Keep this up, I love it.
