You may have noticed big changes are coming to the Easy Meal Plan! The Foodie with Family Easy Meal Plan will pull recipes from the best of the internet to bring you a week’s worth of main dishes, side dishes, beverages, and desserts. Additionally, they’ve moved to Friday mornings at 6am ET to make it easier for you to have on hand as you plan your meals over the weekend. You may notice a few visual changes, too. Tune in for our make-over next week.

Here is the line up for the meal plan is week:
Monday – Soup/Salad/Seafood/Meatless – start the week off with something a little lighter.
Tuesday – Mexican – Tacos, enchiladas and more!
Wednesday – Pasta/Italian – pasta doesn’t have to mean Italian, so look for all sorts of fun dishes.
Thursday – Rice/Asian – recipes from all over the work that are easy to make in your own home.
Friday – Cocktails! Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a fun cocktail to end the week.
Saturday – Breakfast for Dinner – Everyone’s favorite night of the week. Pancakes, eggs, bacon…you name it!
Sunday – Comfort Food/Slow Cooker – end the week with food your family will love.

OK, the change I notice is that 4 out of 6 meals have very similar flavor profiles or origins. We love, and I do mean LOVE, Tex-Mex, Southwestern food, but twice a week is tops for us. Hoping this is a coincidence instead of a plan going forward? I love the inspiration I’ve been getting here.
